🏹Background:
I'd like to greet you all in this season of the commeration of the birth of our Saviour Jesus Christ. This season and timing is just perfect for what I am about to share and I'd like to lay the foundation with the above verse in Habakkuk 3:17-19 and the 3 questions?
Are you in a situation where the odds appear to be naturally stuck against you❓
Has this been your norm for as long as you can remember❓
Does the future look uncertain and does it appear that you are powerless to alter it's course❓
The season is always right for a conversation about the unseen dimension of reality in Christ if you have answered 'Yes' to any of the above question👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾‼
🗝The words spoken through the prophet Habakkuk clearly identify with an a)uncertain future:
❌ the fig tree does not blossom🤔
❌ there is no fruit on the vines,🤔
❌the yield of the olive fails🤔
❌ the fields produce no food🤔
❌ the flock is cut off from the fold🤔
❌ there are no cattle in the stalls🤔
b) When the above conditions are prevalent we would have expected a reaction of fear and insecurity. However instead of giving way to despondency or influencing others to think in this way, the prophet Habakuk responds rather very positively! In responding with words of hope and positive affirmation, he rerouted his faith and trust in God.
🗝It is one reason the prophet remains grounded, which helps him make sense of his life purpose amidst all the carnage of war and destruction they are surrounded by. Including aconstant threat of war.
I have been asking myself the question: John, what can you learn from the book of Habakkuk except the pronunciation of an unusual name😂❓:
✅I can exercise my CHOICE:
🙏🏾Yet I will [choose to] rejoice in the Lord ;
✅I can make a CHOICE TO BE VERY VOCAL about my express hope in the INVISIBLE reality which exists in God :
🙏🏾I will [choose to] shout in exultation in the [victorious] God of my salvation! 🙏🏾
✅That when I am surrounded by adversity I can still verbalize my hope in the existence of a better situation.
🔥When I make a decision to do this, even thou it goes against the grain of most conventional thinking I GET RESULTS‼:
🙏🏾The Lord God is my strength [my source of courage, my invincible army];🙏🏾
🗝Dear family and friend, the invincible resources of God are accessible to us within God's divine nature.
🗝Our universe is preprogrammed to yield to God's dominion. Which dominion was initially delegated to the first created(Adam) and designed(First Woman) human couple.
🗝When Adam and Eve fell from God's divine nature, they were also robbed of their dominion over the earth.
🗝That was the beginning of the falling away of creation which eventually led to the current state of our environment and human society.
🗝The adverse situation the prophet Habakkuk was decrying to God happen to be indirectly a result of what was lost from the first human couple's fall from God's divine nature.
🗝The goodnews is that when we become followers of Jesus Christ through supernatural Spiritual regeneration something eternal happens which later has positive consequences from our lives flowing outward and restoring our environment to God's DIVINE ORDER.
🗝 I'd like to share the following verses with you which expresses this truth principle.I have shared it in the message version and the amplified version:

Conclusion:
Today respond to your challenges circumstances by taking aleaf from the prophet Habakkuk👍🏾👍🏾😀.
🗝Instead of reciting how bad things look, DRAW strength from the Holy Spirit of God by making the CHOICE to AFFIRM the authority of God over your life and your situation!
🗝Then become really vocal that your optimism and praise overwhelms your thinking RESPONSE to the situation.
🗝As you do you will be en-COURAGED and em-BOLDENED as you witness firsthand the DIVINE NATURE of God RISE UP from within you and literally crush the hostility set against you.
I have one final verse for you before we conclude:
We are destroying sophisticated arguments and every exalted and proud thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought and purpose captive to the obedience of Christ, being ready to punish every act of disobedience, when your own obedience [as a church] is complete.

Good morning and God's blessings. I have been making the case through a number of reflections I have shared recently that God's designated pattern for ministry if genuinely modelled has consistently resulted in healing, miracles, deliverance or Supernatural intervention in Bible days . It was the case with the Prophets in the Old Testament including Moses,Elijah, Elisha, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Daniel‼
✅In the New Testament Jesus Christ Himself was the living example of this performing miracles as He did❗
✔He raised the dead including Lazarus who had been dead for four days :
So then Jesus told them plainly, “Lazarus is dead. And for your sake I am glad that I was not there, so that you may believe. But let us go to him.” So when Jesus arrived, He found that Lazarus had already been in the tomb four days. Bethany was near Jerusalem, about two miles away; Then Martha said to Jesus, “Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died. Even now I know that whatever You ask of God, God will give to You.” Jesus told her, “Your brother will rise [from the dead].” Martha replied, “I know that he will rise [from the dead] in the resurrection on the last day.” Jesus said to her, “ I am the Resurrection and the Life. Whoever believes in (adheres to, trusts in, relies on) Me [as Savior] will live even if he dies; and everyone who lives and believes in Me [as Savior] will never die. But some of them went back to the Pharisees and told them what Jesus had done.

‼It was a result of the miracles of Jesus Christ that the religious leaders decided to kill him:
very modern progressive leaning church has been powerless to resist this onslaught because of a theology which probably no longer believes in or advocates for Divine intervention!
‼No Persecution? ❗Yippee❗👍🏿.But what was it that triggered persecution in the time of Jesus?
1⃣So the chief priests and Pharisees convened a council [of the leaders in Israel], and said, “What are we doing? For this man performs many signs (attesting miracles). If we let Him go on like this, everyone will believe in Him, and the Romans will come and take away both our [holy] place (the temple) and our nation.”
John 11:47-48 AMP.
❌ On that occasion it was triggered by raising of Lazarus, a man from the dead after four days.
❌ The religious leaders wanted to put a stop to the advancement of Jesus' movement and they alleged that doing so was in the national interest. This they reasoned would prevent the Romans from taking over what little they had left of their civic and religious life free of Roman control.
❌In our contemporary church, where healings and miracles in Christ are not celebrated and where the emphasis is on inspired preaching without producing proof, many things including the supernatural of God have been subsituted away from church life❗How? You may be asking❗
❌ In response to you I will say that suffering is no longer associated with being arrested and detained for healing the sick as happened to the early church! Instead the emphasis is on patiently enduring sickness, often at the expense of the ministry of healing because WE COULDN'T POSSIBLY KNOW THE WILL OF GOD UNDER SUCH MYSTERIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES COULD WE?
❌The subject of Paul's thorn in the flesh is ofren brought up Through the use of one remote scripture in which Paul the apostle did not experience an instant intervention in answer to prayer a theology of sickness and suffering has been assemblied⁉Folks want to issue a rationale for notvperservering in prayer because they might be resisting God or going against His plan❗
✅In the synopsis of the minstry of Jesus Christ as recounted in the goodnews of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, He remained on a constant trajectory to deliver those suffering from the affliction of sickness and diseases and different forms of 'destruction'‼
‼Destruction is what sickness and disease is!
❌It is Satan's advance oppression of an individual or groups of people with a view to hurrying them into the grave of an early death.
2⃣‼The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows].
John 10:10 AMP‼
‼These are the words of Jesus the Christ‼Do they sound like a shallow health gospel ⁉
3⃣The one who practices sin [separating himself from God, and offending Him by acts of disobedience, indifference, or rebellion] is of the devil [and takes his inner character and moral values from him, not God]; for the devil has sinned and violated God’s law from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil.
1 John 3:8 AMP
✅Jesus Christ was focused on the destruction of Satan's works. He was on a mission to destroy every attempt of the kingdom of darkness to afflict, oppress and condemn humankind‼
‼Not once did Jesus compromise on His mission‼
✅Jesus Christ exercised perfect compassion towards the sick and dying and yet HE DISPLAYED NO ACCOMODATION AND NO TOLERANCE FOR THE SICKNESSES AND DISEASES THAT AFFLICTED THEM‼
✅He DROVE out the evil beings behind their afflictions‼Jesus Christ stopped at nothing in His quest to HEAL, DELIVER AND TO REVERSE THE EFFECTS OF SICKNESS AND DISEASE‼
🏹Conclusion:
In order to recover lost territory and begin experiencing the healing ministry of Jesus once more in the church, we need to ABANDON, RENOUNCE AND PART COMPANY WITH THIS DOGMA, THAT PLACES SICKNESS AND AFFLICTION AS A PROCESS TO BE ENDURED‼
❌We need to develop a healthy hostility against sickness and if we do, our churches would be filled to overflowing with a waiting list just as our hospitals are‼
✅No one who steps in a hospital has any doubt that Doctors,Nurses, Clinical staff
are on the warpath against illnesses.
✅They send you home mainly after they have RIDDED you of your illnesses.
✅When they fail to do so, they take specimens, which their biomedical scientists and radiographers and other specialists investigate until they come out with a solution‼👍🏾
✅They have been researching solutions or the cure for nearly all forms of human diseases‼
✅These human investigators of the medical and Clinical profession dedicate decades of their lifetime to finding a cure.THEY DON'T JUST ROLL OVER AND THROW UP THEIR HANDS SAYING: Que sera sera‼Whatever will be will be‼
‼Clinicians do not necessarily construct a defeatist medical ideology based on their past failures to find a cure‼No‼They keep at it until they find a cure‼THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH MUST THEREFORE CARE ABOUT SICK PEOPLE AS MUCH AS DOCTORS, NURSES AND ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS DO‼
✅Keep praying and trusting God to heal the sick UNTIL PEOPLE BEGIN TO EXPERIENCE HEALING‼
✅Do not quit believing God heals, simply because a loved one or someone you care about failed to get healed‼Let's learn what we can from that tragedy or the loss and perservere(to be contd)

Modelling Ours after The Miracle Ministry of Jesus
Now after this the Lord appointed seventy others, and sent them out ahead of Him, two by two, into every city and place where He was about to go. He was saying to them, “The harvest is abundant [for there are many who need to hear the good news about salvation], but the workers [those available to proclaim the message of salvation] are few. Therefore, [prayerfully] ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest. 🏹Background:
❌Some have argued that miracles and healings are not needed! They illustrate with scriptures such as the ones in which Christ decries the unbelief of towns even after he has demonstrated his miracle working power.
✅Indeed miracles do not convert people. However signs and miracles have been the pattern God has used. They are testimony of God at work and serve as a point of future reference for God! In the text Jesus refers back to those miracles He performed as EVIDENCE that HE HAD PROVIDED CLEAR PROOF HE WAS AT WORK IN A VISIBLE TANGIBLE WAY! The unbelieving world cannot discern the Lord by a spiritual revelation as a believer will do. Because the reasoning of the unbelieving world is still under the dark influence of the powers of darkness, until the Holy Spirit shines the light of the Gospel in the darkness. But even whilst in our darkened unbelieving state before repenting from sin and surrendering to Christ a miracle provides the evidence which we can relate to as a non believer! We are able to handle and observe a miracle in the visible material world. IT PROVIDES A HIGHLIGHT OR AN ADVERT SUCH AS AN ADVANCE NOTICE OF AN EVENT WOULD! A MIRACLE SIGNPOSTS US TO THE LIVING WORDS OF JESUS!
✔The apostles and the early church of Jesus actually prayed for signs and miracles to occur.Note the following verses in the book of Acts. Bear with me for having posted large portionsoof scripture to help a reader with the context of what I am sharing:
- And now, Lord, observe their threats [take them into account] and grant that Your bond-servants may declare Your message [of salvation] with great confidence, while You extend Your hand to heal, and signs and wonders (attesting miracles) take place through the name [and the authority and power] of Your holy Servant and Son Jesus.” And when they had prayed, the place where they were meeting together was shaken [a sign of God’s presence]; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God with boldness and courage.

A Twentieth and Twenty First Century Cerebral Faith of No Miracles!
✅The Apostles, disciples and the early church continued to minister healing and miracles: after Jesus' statement earlier cautioning about false miracle performing teachers.
‼The disciples were either flagrantly being disobedient to the will of Jesus the Christ or their interpretation of the word of Jesus was different from a very modern 20th and 21st century interpretation which completely patterns ministry with no emphasis on miracles.
1⃣A sense of awe was felt by everyone, and many wonders and signs (attesting miracles) were taking place through the apostles.

✅The early church faced suffering and persecution from religious people. They were the same group of people, Pharisees and Sadduccees , who had opposed Jesus Christ.However beyond the EXEGETICAL TECHNIQUES they employed in questioning the ATTESTATIONS JESUS CHRIST MADE TO DEITY, THEY WERE PRIMARILY OPPOSED TO THE MIRACLES HE PERFORMED! BECAUSE JESUS CHRIST MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT THE MIRACLES HE PERFORMED WAS PROOF OF WHAT HE ATTESTED TO BE TRUE!THAT HE IS THE SON OF GOD, A TRUTH HE WOULD NOT DENY AND HE POINTED TO HIS WORKS(THE MIRACLES HE PERFORMED) AS ONE PROOF!
🅰The Pharisees were opposed to the miracles of Jesus mainly because they did not accept His Deity or the claims He was attesting to. Their rejection of the miracles of Christ was based on the link that Christ made between His miracles and HIS ATTESTATION TO DEITY! But from a perspective of believing in the supernatural they were open to God's intervention in the affairs of men! They were renown for their strict adherence to a lot of manmade tradition.
So the chief priests and Pharisees convened a council [of the leaders in Israel], and said, “What are we doing? For this man performs many signs (attesting miracles). If we let Him go on like this, everyone will believe in Him, and the Romans will come and take away both our [holy] place (the temple) and our nation.”

🅱The Sadducees were known to be quite wealthy. They were concerned with the preservation of their nation from destruction by the Romans.The Chief Priest in Jesus' day was reportedly a Sadducee. They did not believe in angels and in the resurrection from the dead. Placing this into context it is clear why the religious leaders had issues with what Jesus Christ represented! If Jesus Christ was indeed who He claimed to be, then they knew it was only a matter of time when they had to make a decision about whether they were willing to believe Him or not! THEY CHOSE TO REJECT HIM AND TO DESTROY THE EVIDENCE BY KILLING HIM THROUGH THE HANDS OF ROMAN HITMEN WHO DID THEIR HITJOB IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!
On that day some Sadducees, who say that there is no resurrection [of the dead], came to Him and asked Him a question,

✅Instead of swearing His disciples into secrecy about miracles, by and large He encouraged them to actually expect thwJesus Christ before His ascension had INSTRUCTED His followers to await God's Divine Empowerment before proceeding into the fulfillment of His great commission to preaching the gospel.
He said to them, “It is not for you to know the times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority. But you will receive power and ability when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be My witnesses [to tell people about Me] both in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and Samaria, and even to the ends of the earth.”

✅This event occured on the day of pentecost
✅The purpose of Pentecost was to empower the apostles and the church of Jesus Christ to be a dynamic witness of a risen Lord and a soon coming King Jesus Christ.
‼This is the illustration which Peter the Apostle of Jesus Christ gave on that day! In support of the principle that the gift of the Holy Spirit was 🅰For everyone who repents turn from sin and becomes a follower of Jesus Christ. 🅱They were to be baptised to declare their new found faith in Jesus Christ and Committment to doing His will.🆑They would receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
‼This promise is a timeless promise. To be of benefit to subsequent generations of believers in Christ
✅PENTECOST UNDERESTIMATED is to limit the Gift of the Holy Spirit to giving teachings, sermons and messages under divine inspiration!
✅PENTECOST UNDERESTIMATED is to limit it to our nice bible study programmes.
✅Jesus Christ paid the price with His life, the ultimte Price in order for HUMANKIND TO ACCESS MORE OF GOD'S GRACE THAN JUST NICE INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGES‼
✅PENTECOST UNDERESTIMATED is when our faith poses NO RISK OF HOLDING US ACCOUNTABLE FOR GIVING PROOF THAT JESUS CHRIST IS INDEED RESURRECTED!
🏹CONCLUSION:
A modernist hermaneutic approch to Christian Faith is to provide historical and archaelogical accounts in support of Jesus Christ historical existense to those in doubt of the validity of the Bible. This is wonderful and it has it's place in Christian teaching‼BUT THE BIBLE MODEL FOR PRODUCING PROOF OF CHRIST'S RESURRECTION IS BY YIELDING TO HIM, LETTING HIM WORK THE WORKS OF GOD THROUGH HUMAN INSTRUMENTS‼The works of God Jesus did and needs to continue doing are miracles. In Apostle Peter's words Peter's words :
“Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man accredited and pointed out and attested to you by God with [the power to perform] miracles and wonders and signs which God worked through Him in your [very] midst, just as you yourselves know—

Healing in the Jordan pt2
Then He said, “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, no prophet is welcome in his hometown. But in truth I say to you, there were many widows in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the sky was closed up for three years and six months, when a great famine came over all the land; and yet Elijah was not sent [by the Lord] to a single one of them, but only to Zarephath in the land of Sidon, to a woman who was a widow. And there were many lepers in Israel in the time of Elisha the prophet; and not one of them was cleansed [by being healed] except Naaman the Syrian.” As they heard these things [about God’s grace to these two Gentiles], the people in the synagogue were filled with a great rage; and they got up and drove Him out of the city, and led Him to the crest of the hill on which their city had been built, in order to hurl Him down the cliff. But passing [miraculously] through the crowd, He went on His way.

Background
Jesus Christ was introduciing a radical shift in the thinking of His fellow Jews, gathered on that occasion in the synagogue! He was daring them to believe that God had revealed Himself through one of their own! A family they were quite well acquainted with! That the oldest son of that family was the long awaited jewish Messiah they had all been expecting. The one their ancestors had expected for centuries! His fellow hometown folk were not quite ready to jump on his bandwagon yet!Even if Jesus was clearly being elaborate in sharing from the scripture and building a very solid case about why this was so, even if He had clearly illustrated from scripture why this was so, they were not ready to acknowledge the truth!
But they were prepared to protest His audacity! The audacity to suggest He was someone other than the carpenter's son! What they were prepared to do was to stop Him! They attempted to execute this in the most brutal way! They sought to do it in the most violent way they knew which was to turn nearly'murderous towards Him'! It is amazing how we sometimes react when something is shared that we aren't prepared to accept!
We often respond from our entrenched and our longheld dogmatic positions! We are very often prepared to undermine the 'messenger' and to go for any flaws in their personal life rather than face up to the fact that there may be some truth principle in what they are sharing!
Years ago a pastor friend named Godwin observed me using my prescribed inhaler for the symptoms of asthma. He asked me about seeking God for healing from the condition which I suffered with at the time. I was crossed with him that he would even think that God would heal asthma in the 20th Century. By then I had been doing my Nursing Training for sometime and had began to question certain convictions I had previously held about healing. As a result of what I thought I witnessed from others who had exhibited a really poor defence of healing I had decided that no one got healed of Asthma.
in the 20th century.THAT BECAME MY DEFAULT POSITION AND MY DEFENSE UNTIL GOD SHATTERED THROUGH MY OWN PHYSICAL HEALING FROM ASTHMA IN 1995!
The irony is that I was visiting with my friend Godwin the weekend I experienced healing from Asthma, and I also had the opportunity to acknowledge to him that I had previously been wrong in presuming that God did not heal of asthma in the 20th Century.
Jesus Christ had told one of his disciples Thomas, 'Blessed is he that does not see and yet believes. (John 20:29).That is still true about our lives today. We ought to trust the Lord through the evidence of His word first before we experience healing first hand.!
On another occasion whilst watching Christian TV, i had witnessed a youngman testifying that he had been healed from a condition which was associated with breathing difficulty.I struggled with believing that particular testimony because it had not been my personal experience up until that point..This was because although I had witnessed several healings first hand whilst ministering to individuals who were healed I had developed a mental block associated with not trusting God for my own healing. Infact I was hesitant about asking God for my own physical healing from Asthma, due to the fact that i had accepted the condition as hereditary. Atleast one other member of my family suffered from that condition.
How do we eventually become entrenched in our position about a subject based on our experience? Well there are a number of factors that can lead to that.
If your doubts about healing in answer to prayer are partly fuelled by your educational research you may identify with me. But whatever positiont you take on this issue do stay with me through the rest of this series on healing. Because just like the jews embarked on a journey with Jesus, which did not take overnight to arrive at a destination of faith and believing we won't get there either in the shortterm
In conclusion, I will like to extend an invite to you to join me in prayer about a need you may have. The passage in Luke 4:24-30 which I began with, highlights the categories of individuals who mainly received God's intervention. There were people whom God sent the instrument tof healing to like the widow of Zidon, whom Elijah was sent to. There were others who initiated a request for healing from the Lord as Naaman the Syrian General had done. These are the main two categories who experienced healing or miracles in the Bible.
Majority of the people were healed because they made a request. But some were also healed because of the Sovereignly of the Lord God. At times they were spontaneous occasions that created the opportunity by leading a human vessel to them either in person or via a point of contact.Through that point of contact they were able to release their faith towards God.
Sometimes we delay the experience of healing because we do not pray for a divine appointment to occur and we do not request for healing. When I got healed in 1995 it occured to me that many from within the Christian community whose hospital i served in had been praying for me. However, when I got healed i realised perhaps I could have been healed sooner if only I had dared to ask God.Although I had not been asking God, something happened spontaneously whilst I was in an environment of healing
You have got to be in that environment through reading this reflection. Let us pray:
Father, in Jesus name I pray for my brother and my sister and ask you to bring them into an experience of your presence. Give them the healing they require, make them feel your touch and we thank you for answered prayer, Amen.

- Conditioning through Education: Initially I had had doubts that healing occurs because my personal experience of healing up to that point mostly involved others getting healed when I ministered to them. I had not experienced healing personally, the way others had. Subsequently , I had learnt a lot more about Asthma as a medical condition during my nursing training. During my nursing trsining I became more and more that the best I could do is to manage the condition. This was a gradually deviation from a previous position that healing was atleast a possibility. Also within the period of my nurse training I became a captive audience hearing constantly aboutf the virtues of medical science as the main answer to human health ailments.Note, I appreciate medical science and all the great advances and fantastic results from its rightful application. However our particular education programme resulted in quite a bit of conditioning too which had unintended consequences in my case atleast. Through the knowledge I gained, perhaps even because of the professional training as a whole I began to have doubts about God's healing in answer to prayer..

- 2. Peer Pressure and People Pleasing: We often uphold certain beliefs and positions publicly although privately you could refer to as secret disciples of Jesus😁!. Jesus had many secret disciples who missed out on the experience of real action! There are fewer benefits to being a secret disciple but you are still a disciple so you can be credited for that! However, a secret disciple usually lacks the kind of defining commitment which is required in order to experience a certain dimension of God's dealings with us. So what I am suggesting is that you start with your family. Let them know that you believe and take a stand for Godly positions. Be open about your believing to the degree that you can be held accountable for what you believe.When we have taken a stand on our belief in healing and in miracles we would be held accountable as believers in the manifest presence of a risen saviour and Christ.

Healing in the Jordan Pt 1
The Arameans (Syrians) had gone out in bands [as raiders] and had taken captive a little girl from the land of Israel; and she waited on Naaman’s wife [as a servant]. She said to her mistress, “I wish that my master [Naaman] were with the prophet who is in Samaria! Then he would heal him of his leprosy.” Naaman went in and told his master [the king], “The girl who is from the land of Israel said such and such.” Then the king of Aram (Syria) said, “Go now, and I will send a letter to the king of Israel (Jehoram the son of Ahab).” So he left and took with him ten talents of silver and 6,000 shekels of gold, and ten changes of clothing. So Naaman came with his horses and chariots and stopped at the entrance of Elisha’s house. Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying, “Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh will be restored to you and you will be clean.” But Naaman was furious and went away and said, “Indeed! I thought ‘He would at least come out to [see] me and stand and call on the name of the Lord his God, and wave his hand over the place [of leprosy] and heal the leper.’ Are not Abana and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus [in Aram], better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean?” So he turned and went away in a rage. Then his servants approached and said to him, “My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he has said to you, ‘Wash, and be clean?’ ” So he went down and plunged himself into the Jordan seven times, just as the man of God had said; and his flesh was restored like that of a little child and he was clean.

🏹BACKGROUND:
🏹 Naaman the Syrian general's healing was a true manifestation of the power of God‼
🔑His ONLY ROLE in the experience was obedience to the instructions of the prophet Elisha who was at the time God's instrument for bringing about his healing.
But oh how general Naaman struggled with the very simple instruction. He was used to accomplishing great tasks. However, God through His prophet Elisha chose the most badic task for him to accomplish.
This is characteristic of healing which involves the supernatural intervention of our Sovereign God to heal sickness and disease. There are examples of this happening in scripture and when they do, it is often linked to geographical locations and human instruments who had been consecrated to God for that purpose. But God is not limited to a few methods either!However there is a regular repeat of the above two examples in both Old and New Testament scripture.
This isn't an indication that God is discriminatory.
1.Geographical or Physical Location:
When a place is dedicated and then Consecrated to God for a purpose, He honours that dedication and Consecration by manifesting His glory. In 2 Chronicles 7:1-4 King Solomon begins by dedicating a newly built temple for the Lord God of Israel, which became a centre of Worship for the nation of Israel.
2. Individuals dedicated and Consecrated in Service to God:
Jesus Christ commissioned His disciples in in service tbat would send them all over the world (Luke 24:49).However He firstly instructed them to dedicate themselves in seeking God and awaiting His Divine Enablement. This He promised would occur via receiving the Gift of the Holy Spirit.
Another example occurs in Acts 13:2' While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, "Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.
🌎When one individual responds and is consecrated to God, and remains dedicated in His service to God the Lord honours this by using Him or Her as a vessel of honour.NOTE THAT IT IS GOD USING AN INDIVIDUAL AND NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND.
🔥The Covenant of Consecration is violated when the individual or corporate body begins to treat lightly what God has confirmed.
🔥Sometimes our own neglect of this walk of consecration and the fact that we allow others to violate or defame what we have consecrated to God can be a reason for the Lord withdrawing His blessing. Supernatural manifestations of faith can also be received as a gift of the Holy Spirit(1 Corinthians 12:9).

I AM NOT SUGGESTING WE GO ABOUT OUR FAITH AS INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE GULLIBLE AND PRONE TO BELIEVING EVERY LIE. BUT I AM THINKING MORE ABOUT CHILDLIKE FAITH! A BIT LIKE WHAT MARY DEMONSTRATED WHEN THE ANGEL GABRIEL ANNOUNCED THE BIRTH OF JESUS TO HER

🙄Luke 1:18(Zechariah on the other hand was dismissive of the miracle of giving birth to a child in Old age).
🌎NOW LET'S RETURN TO OUR MAIN ILLUSTRATION BASED ON THE HEALING OF A SYRIAN GENERAL FROM LEPROSY.
🔑Naaman's story began on a positive note of trust, daring optimism and hope. Simply taking the words of a Hebrew slave girl literally and seriously enough to make the journey to Israel in search of a healing.
🤔Imagine if Naaman had been dismissive of what the Hebrew servant girl had said?He certainly would N-E-V-E-R have made that journey!
😢Even though Naaman got as far as the prophet Elijah's compound, His mindset or outlook on things nearly cost him his miracle.
Unfortunately our position on issues, oand sometimes our biases often prevent us from experiencing God's best! This is particularly true regarding healing.
🌎I have observed that biases and prejudices are a major obstacle to experiencing God's healing virtue.
🌎Naaman was asked to wash in the Jordan river. He preferred the rivers in Syria and so he took offense at being given that intruction.
🌎We ought to be mindful of the trap of wanting healing on our own terms!IT HAS GOT TO BE GOD LED,GOD FOCUSED AND CHRIST CENTRED!
🌎The great thing about Naaman was that he was surrounded by individuals who genuinely cared about his welfare. Beginning from the slave girl of his wife, his wife herself, to his advisers. Naaman's boss, the King of Syria cared about him too.
🌎It is great if we have family and friends and colleagues who care about our welfare enough to encourage us, not to give in to our biases or our egos👍🏿🤲
🌎However, we also have a responsibility to listen to helpful and godly advice and not turn inwards when we receive counsel that goes against the grain of entrapment! The entrapment of our prejudices!
Conclusion:
There may be a lot more at stake than tfeeling we have hurt our pride.Hurting the 'insular' pride of our cultural biases? Or the bruising of our egos?
In order to experience God's best and His healing virtue to get rid of our diseases we need to function within this framework of His consecration and Divine order! I cannot be precriptive here.
✔Perhaps it involves attending a proven miracle healing service. Of course one that is Christ centred and Scripturally founded. ✔Perhaps there is an individual used in the ministry of healing whom God can use to be blessing to you.
It can happen provided we bypass our prejudices. May be we do not like their delivery style! COULD THAT BE OUR JORDAN?.
I have an example of my own healing in 1995. Evangelist John Raphael spoke with a heavy accent not unlike my oWn. But he was different. I did not like the way he spoke. He came across to me as overly confident.Inspite of my biases God chose to use him for my healing. He did not have to pray for me. I got healed just sitting in the back row of the .

🏹BACKGROUND:
🏹 Naaman the Syrian general's healing was a true manifestation of the power of God‼
🔑His ONLY ROLE in the experience was obedience to the instructions of the prophet Elisha who was at the time God's instrument for bringing about his healing.
But oh how general Naaman struggled with the very simple instruction. He was used to accomplishing great tasks. However, God through His prophet Elisha chose the most badic task for him to accomplish.
This is characteristic of healing which involves the supernatural intervention of our Sovereign God to heal sickness and disease. There are examples of this happening in scripture and when they do, it is often linked to geographical locations and human instruments who had been consecrated to God for that purpose. But God is not limited to a few methods either!However there is a regular repeat of the above two examples in both Old and New Testament scripture.
This isn't an indication that God is discriminatory.
1.Geographical or Physical Location:
When a place is dedicated and then Consecrated to God for a purpose, He honours that dedication and Consecration by manifesting His glory. In 2 Chronicles 7:1-4 King Solomon begins by dedicating a newly built temple for the Lord God of Israel, which became a centre of Worship for the nation of Israel.
2. Individuals dedicated and Consecrated in Service to God:
Jesus Christ commissioned His disciples in in service tbat would send them all over the world (Luke 24:49).However He firstly instructed them to dedicate themselves in seeking God and awaiting His Divine Enablement. This He promised would occur via receiving the Gift of the Holy Spirit.
Another example occurs in Acts 13:2' While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, "Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.
🌎When one individual responds and is consecrated to God, and remains dedicated in His service to God the Lord honours this by using Him or Her as a vessel of honour.NOTE THAT IT IS GOD USING AN INDIVIDUAL AND NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND.
🔥The Covenant of Consecration is violated when the individual or corporate body begins to treat lightly what God has confirmed.
🔥Sometimes our own neglect of this walk of consecration and the fact that we allow others to violate or defame what we have consecrated to God can be a reason for the Lord withdrawing His blessing. As a result we are no longer glorious used by God and we would certainly decline in our effective serving.

Praying for a loved one with a Critically ill Diagnosis Pt 1
I'd like to provide you with a little context to what I am about to describe. Firstly I am a healthcare professional who is of the conviction that faith and Science can complement each other.
Humanity has an active part to play..
I gained insights into the faith dimension through a first hand experience of healing and recovery from a skin allergy in 1985. Subsequently for the next 4 years until i was 22 I experience first hand miracles of physical healing in ministry. This was also witnessed by numerous others some of whom I am still in touch with today.
In 1988 I was diagnosed with Asthma. During the years 1994 to 1996 I worked as a Nurse in a Non Surgical Christian Hospital in the UK, where I reside. I lived in a Christian community where I came firsthand with the healing ministry which was complimentary with medicine. In 1995 I experienced a miraculous healing of Asthma at a Church meeting. That healing has been maintained till today and so I am in no doubt that indeed healing including miraculous healing does indeed occur in our contemporary season.
In 1988 I was diagnosed with Asthma. During the years 1994 to 1996 I worked as a Nurse in a Non Surgical Christian Hospital in the UK, where I reside. I lived in a Christian community where I came firsthand with the healing ministry which was complimentary with medicine. In 1995 I experienced a miraculous healing of Asthma at a Church meeting. That healing has been maintained till today and so I am in no doubt that indeed healing including miraculous healing does indeed occur in our contemporary season.
What is the premise from which this is more likely to occur? Firstly, it is one in which the exercise of Faith in God enables healing via a focused believing that the historic Jesus of Nazereth is also the Christ or Christos sent by God for all time and season! Secondly to this premise is that getting results involves steadfastly holding on to to our personal trust in the Vicarious enforcement of God's Divine will and rule in our lives by Christ Jesus.
The individual in a quest for healing needs to personalise an application His believe of healing through Christ Jesus. This requires a level of very deep unrelentless conviction! In addition this individual must also maintain a forensic look out for evidence that something is indeed 'shifting' whilst in prayer! The evidence that the Supernatural invincible Christ of God will continually self disclose during any plague of disease!
A renewed Revelation of Divinity
In other words disease isn't the end of the matter. During the exercise of faith God reveals Himself through the environment of illhealth. "I am the Lord that healeth thee'( Exodus 15:26), He uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise( 1 Corinthians 1:27,28), He reveals Himself through a supernatural altering of destinies, Joseph said you meant it for evil, but God turned it for good, to save all these people(Genesis 50:20)
Humanity has an active part to play..
The role of humanity is crucial. Healing is not up to God alone. But God is not looking for a multitude either! 'I sought a man/woman( Ezekiel 22:30 ). God works with oneheart. One family(Genesis 22:18). One nation(Deuteronomy 14: 2). One body!Through the 'agency of one' God sets off a spark which ignites a fire that sets whole churches and nations ablaze.
Through One Life Many Are Touched

God is restoring to us priceless building materials. He would like us to return to a foundation of living stones built upon the rock from which living streams flow. Friend our God is not a passive participant in your miracle but an activist and His ways and the means by which He is signposting you individually on a quest for your healing or the healing of your loved one is by revealing Himself in the midst of the plague of sickness and disease. He says I am the God that healeth thee.

Interlude before conclusion: Why Bad Guy Types and every princess' guilty pleasure.
Welcome to the Interlude before conclusion of my current series of blog posts.This series has been on why 'Bad guy types are every princess' guilty pleasure'? Essentially I have been highlighting the fact that even a girl who may have had a very sheltered upbringing and may be considered the quintessential 'Daddy's Little Girl ', can find herself drawn to risqué personality types. In a teenage boy! In other words she becomes infatuated with a teenage boy that is essentially a 'rulebreaker' within her community!
This phenomenon has puzzled parents, especially Daddies for generations now!!They have wondered about the charisma such boys appear to have and tried to understand what is behind their appeal to teenage girls?
What I have been stating are my own perspectives on this. Just as I have stressed in my previous blog, this isn't a comment about teenage boys in general. The dynamics could be experienced in a role reversal whereby the one who is exhibiting such traits are girls!! In other words it is possible to have a case of a 'bad gal type. 'However, I am not going to delve into that yet. This will require a bit more research on my part and then perhaps be featured in a subsequent blog.
Many teenage boys want to understand what makes a girl 'tick '. They are curious to the point of dedication! As a result they invest a considerable amount of their time and energy pursuing girls who are their peers. Such girls also, are experiencing changes within their bodies as part of a developmental milestone. They are transitioning via puberty into adulthood. Although they are still teenagers. But until full adulthood in their twenties, girls
continue to undergo these physiological changes which by the way are in may instances overwhelming!
This is because they are navigating 'hormonal changes' without the kind of hindsight resourced by any precedent. An adult on the other hand would have had the some life experiences and even painful mistakes they have made which they can fall back on to help inform their decisions!Teenage girls on the other hand have not got many tools at their disposal whilst attempting to 'process' for themselves all that is happening in their own bodies. They want to understand themselves better through exploring their own feelings about boys! Including trying to gain insights into why they appear to have an instant connection 'chemistry' with certain boy types and not others.
Daddies, this is what happens to your daughter at puberty! The presence of boys, which may not have been something that she cared much about previously all of a suddenl becomes a pressing headline event ! Overnight, boys become such a big deal! Your daughter is suddenly impacted by an awareness about boys!The effect on her is a degree of curiousity almost akin to just discovering a new species! Only this new species consists of members of a gender opposite to her! The impact of this discovery on her is cataclysmic!!! As if this is not enough it occurs on a daily basis, and the thought of boys constantly dominates her thinking!She daydreams her teenage life from one rollercoaster ride to the next one!!! So what are these rides like!!
A sleeping tigress of passion is being aroused inside her. Inside your teenage daughter!!It doesn't feel like a tigress at first. Because this passion whenever it is stirred in her makes the teenage girl feel the most thrilling emotional and sensory experience she has ever felt!! Welcoming your teenager to a myriad world of hormones!!!
More about that in a moment! Imagine the Daddy of a teenage daughter trying to make a connection with the fast evolving young individual she is fast becoming! This individual may have once been content expressing her identity mainly as Daddy's little girl! He has enjoyed this phase in which he had been the focus of her attention.He observes that she no longer responds the way she previously did (as a little girl) to being called by affectionate names. This young person now wants Daddy to 'stop treating her as a little girl' and is articulating that she no longer feels when he refers to her affectionately as 'Daddy's little girl' it is a compliment.
She wants to be recognised as a young adult!!! Her Daddy is thinking: 'Not yet Sixteen and a young adults?' But his daughter wants to be accepted by her peer group and noticed by boys who are part of that group! They are unlikely to be impressed with her if they think she is still her Daddy's little girl! This is perfectly logical! But her Daddy is beginning to 'panic.' To him this feels like.....no!!!This spells t-r-o-u-b-l-e!!!TROUBLE!TROUBLE!TROUBLE! He gets slightly illogical in thinking 'all boys will be boys' right? She did not use to be interested in boys but now she 'idolises' teenage boys in pop culture. She dreams is constantly dreaming about boys!That the one she has a crush on will oneday notice her. She daydreams for hours endlessly and sets up an imaginary camp in her own fantasy world!
WHO AM I? A CONSTANT QUEST EVERY TEENAGER HAS TO PURSUE!
Meanwhile your teenage daughter wants and needs to be taken seriously because she is experiencing emotions, a wealth of them that she feels overwhelmed by. She is also struggling with being compliant with domestic rule keeping within the home environment.Especially the very rules which had previously not been an issue! Her questioning of nearly everything and constant push back is her attempt to figure out who she is, part of attaining that is to carve out her own identity! Daddy, give her space, give her time but be very lovingly close by and accesible to rescue her as she asserts herself and her emerging identity is unveiled.
I now invite you to join me in looking at the world through the imaginary eyes of our 15 year old who happens to be the protogonist of our blog. , A protagonist is ' the leading character or one of the major characters in a play, film, novel, etc.'. Secondly it is 'an adovate or champion of a particular cause or idea'.
This is where I would like you who are reading this to try getting the attention of any daddy's who are in the 'vicinity' where you are reaing this! E-s-p-e-c-i-a-l-l-y if that daddy has a teenage daughter. The idea which I am advocating in these series of blogs is that however a Daddy may love his daughter and however unconditional that love may be, the relationship they have with their daughter will be tested!!!
CHANGED, CHOKED OR CHARGED!
You relationship with your daughter will either be changed, choked or be charged once she is through her puberty years! If it is changed then there is work to be done to bring it back to a functioning level but the light may be dimned but it has not been put out. If it is choked then there is a very serious breakdown in communication and your relationship has become dysfunctional! There are certain Dad and daughter relationships which actually become 'charged' in other words become wonderfully transformed within the light of those teenage years. The testing of this bond is not something to be scared of, Daddy!! But you can employ different tools in your expanding tool kit to skillfully diffuse the situation. I will like to refer to my previous blog(part 3 in this series).

This young person now wants Daddy to 'stop treating her as a little girl' and is articulating that she no longer feels when he refers to her affectionately as 'Daddy's little girl' it is a compliment.
She wants to be recognised as a young adult!!! Her Daddy is thinking: 'Not yet Sixteen and a young adults?' But his daughter wants to be accepted by her peer group and noticed by boys who are part of that group! They are unlikely to be impressed with her if they think she is still her Daddy's little girl! This is perfectly logical! But her Daddy is beginning to 'panic.' To him this feels like.....no!!!This spells t-r-o-u-b-l-e!!!TROUBLE!TROUBLE!TROUBLE! He gets slightly illogical in thinking 'all boys will be boys' right? She did not use to be interested in boys but now she 'idolises' teenage boys in pop culture. She dreams is constantly dreaming about boys!That the one she has a crush on will oneday notice her. She daydreams for hours endlessly and sets up an imaginary camp in her own fantasy world!
WHO AM I? A CONSTANT QUEST EVERY TEENAGER HAS TO PURSUE!
Meanwhile your teenage daughter wants and needs to be taken seriously because she is experiencing emotions, a wealth of them that she feels overwhelmed by. She is also struggling with being compliant with domestic rule keeping within the home environment.Especially the very rules which had previously not been an issue! Her questioning of nearly everything and constant push back is her attempt to figure out who she is, part of attaining that is to carve out her own identity! Daddy, give her space, give her time but be very lovingly close by and accesible to rescue her as she asserts herself and her emerging identity is unveiled.
I now invite you to join me in looking at the world through the imaginary eyes of our 15 year old who happens to be the protogonist of our blog. , A protagonist is ' the leading character or one of the major characters in a play, film, novel, etc.'. Secondly it is 'an adovate or champion of a particular cause or idea'.
This is where I would like you who are reading this to try getting the attention of any daddy's who are in the 'vicinity' where you are reaing this! E-s-p-e-c-i-a-l-l-y if that daddy has a teenage daughter. The idea which I am advocating in these series of blogs is that however a Daddy may love his daughter and however unconditional that love may be, the relationship they have with their daughter will be tested!!!
CHANGED, CHOKED OR CHARGED!
You relationship with your daughter will either be changed, choked or be charged once she is through her puberty years! If it is changed then there is work to be done to bring it back to a functioning level but the light may be dimned but it has not been put out. If it is choked then there is a very serious breakdown in communication and your relationship has become dysfunctional! There are certain Dad and daughter relationships which actually become 'charged' in other words become wonderfully transformed within the light of those teenage years. The testing of this bond is not something to be scared of, Daddy!! But you can employ different tools in your expanding tool kit to skillfully diffuse the situation. I will like to refer to my previous blog(part 3 in this series).
What is it about teenage girls, which makes them risk so much in order to pursue the affection that they feel can be received from a boy or in some cases an older man? Even most importantly 'why are they so drawn to the bad boy type?' Why do they risk their potential status and all the benefits which come with not rebelling and just remaining the much beloved princess within a daddy's life? Even more interstingly why do they stick to the opposite of the type of guys that their daddy recommends? This ends the Interluds.

Bad guy types and why they are every princess' guilty pleasure pt 4
Welcome again, dear reader to another blog post in this series. This is Part 4! Thank you all who have acknowledged the previous blogs, especially those of you who have made the sacrifice of your time to give me your feedback either verbally or by text. According to the blog stats part 3 was viewed 25 times yesterday and the part 2 viewed 49 times till date. Neither is it a comment about her mum nor about me !!the Daddy referred to in the previous parts is nothing like me😀😀!! I will not give you any assurances about the Daddy in this segment. I will let you make that decision👍🏿😁. So please read on!
The imagery I use quite frequently is what we call a 'Hyperbole' in English literature. If you do a google search, 'it is a figure of speech that uses extreme exaggeration to make a point or show emphasis. It is the opposite of understatement.' I don't mean to exaggerate the scenarios. But I have added quite a bit to the storyline in order to highlight certain areas of interest. Please bear with me.
I'd also like to use this opportunity to clear the air about every 17 year old teenage age boy you know in your neighbourhood, in church youth group, after school club etc. Of course they are not psycho! 😂😂That is not what I am suggesting! Neither am I suggesting they undergo a polygraph test (to determine if they are lying) each time they say hi to your underage teenage daughter! So in this segment I am a bit more easy on the teenage boy. He is not so villainous but heck there is another teenager! Daddy's little girl so you can count on the teen hormonal changes to keep the drama going!! Whoosh😀😀!! Glad I got that off my chest!

good looking in DLG's(Daddy's Little Girl's)eyes! Her mum thinks he will make really goidlooking future Son-in-law and future father of some real 'glam' looking grandchildren😍😍😍.
But Daddy wants him a thousand miles away from his daughter!!!In Part 3, I highlighted that the battle lines have been drawn and it really looks like Daddy is facing a loosing battle!!Because mummy and his little girl, especially his little girl don't see her FBF as a threat. So what was this daddy to do? Watch helplessly as he looses influence over his daughter to a juvenile, throw a temper tauntrum or go for the EXECUTIVE 💪💪option!!👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿He chooses to RAISE HIS GAME!!!If you are in touch with any Daddies of teenagers the part that I am about to share is worth reading to them👍👍
Daddy decides to invite his daughter's FBF to join them for a family evening in their home. They were going to be watch a movie as a family, then hang out together.All four of them: Daddy, Mummy, their Son who is 19 and DLG. He thought FBF might be interested in joining them.
When DLG called her FBF, to say her daddy was on the phone, he was ready, defensive expecting to hear something really negative! Well something like, he was not to be seen near the man's daughter again, which would push him to want to rebel and instigate DLG to join in the rebellion. That will be an important Second Step in his book of conquering a 15 year old girl. Remember in Part 3 he had already implement the first step and exposed the emotional fault lines in the family, which forced the family to take sides,
He expected a showdown with this dad any moment and he knew who would outwit the other! FBF was prepared for the kind of showdown that will reduce another Daddy's influence over his 15 year old. He had handled it before with his very first girl friend's dad! He was only 12 then, but big for his age... looking more like a 16 year old at the time. His girlfriend was an older girl, in fact 15. When her dad warned him off her. But he stuck stubbornly to his guns until his first girlfriend's dad withdrew her privelege, grounded her completely!
Then in true chivalry fashion, he the 12 year old boyfriend defied dad of his first girlfriend's , continued to sneak messages to her through another older girl. Girls would do most favours for him because they found him sooo sweet when he chose to be... and of course good looking. They also usually found him an object for their teenagr girl crush. The 'contraband' exchange of messages between his 12 year old self and his 15 year old first girlfriend came to an abrupt end one summer when her family had to move away. He soon moved on to girlfriend no 2.
Now 5 years later, at age 17, he had quite a bad reputation! He had already 'experienced' and abandoned six other daddy's girls as girlfriends!! Five of these girls developed significant emotional problems as a result of the stress from being his girlfriend.
He has boasted about his conquest of them to his peers. As Part of his 'trophy' trove he had perfected the art of influencing teenage girls, especially 15 year old girls to yield to his time tested charms!
So he had a plan of action for adding this
Daddy's Little Girl to his trophy and so far it appeared things were working out smoothly until this unexpected phone call inviting him to spend an evening with his girlfriend's family.
Initially this Bad Guy type was caught off guard and hesitated!!He had not anticipated the invite, he was nervous all of a sudden! What was the daddy playing at? He had a quick idea and decided to play the obedient grandson to his grandma whom he lived with. So he informed his girlfriend's dad that he needed to check this out with his grandma. Obviously he did not want to say he needed to ask 'permission' from his grandma in case this daddy decided he was accountable to a guardian.Girlfriend's Daddy seemed surprised and asked what about his parents to which he replied that they had travelled abroad hence living with his grandma. Daddy decided to phone later to hear what the response was. He also said he was happy to reassure his grandma that hie will not be late in returning home.That affected.
It was the first time any of the daddy's he had had an encounter with, had shown they cared. Well, to cut a long story short FBF confirmed he would be happy to come and had a really wonderful evening with his girl friend's family.
When the evening was over Daddy, Mummy and their Son had enjoyed his company too. They got to hear his story which was quite a sad one.Truth is, his parents were abroad but not working. It was a bit more complex than that. All the family he really had was grandma. The only one who wasn't impressed was Daddy's Little Girl.
She had been drawn to the rebellious streak in her boyfriend! Now it appeared her daddy had ruined it all! She stormed out to her bedroom, refusing to acknowledge her boyfriend with a goodbye!! However her boyfriend had had a good evening, really enjoyed the company of her family, thanked daddy and mummy several times for inviting him and made the decision he was going to become a genuinely friend of the family and not just a boyfriend of their 15 year old.
Daddy's Little Girl was thinking....puzzled!! What is it with boys?. She hoped his bad guy type swag which she found irresistible would return(to be continued).

Bad Guy types and Why they are every princess' guilty pleasure Part 3
Bad guy types are the villain of my blog. In a lot of Religious literature the bad guy types are almost always attributed to female characters. They are the seductress, the adultress who are nearly always portrayed as seeking to tear down a family with scandal. The susceptible family member is often a male figure, in most cases the dad. He finds the charms of the seductress irresistible yields to illicit pleasure and as a result gets blackmailed. His family is ripped apart by a scandal that they may spend the rest of their lives trying to numb the pain of their loss- the dream of their once cherished family life.
This is the scandal we have come to accept in society, the one most likely to happen!!
Therefore, a mother's radar is highly attuned to detecting the revealingly dressed young attractive au pair;the miniskirted housekeeper; the female secretary of her husband! If her husband works late she has to be mindful of the danger..... is perhaps the personal assistant is out to 'steal' her husband!! So a mother updates her surveillance technology through a trusted network of informants! Armed with the most
precinct iphone technology!Security is the watchword!!A gal has got to watch out for those lipstick-@ted predators otherwise know as homebreakers or marriage terminators👍🏿😁! True true every home has issues!
But there is another individual or human species😁who is even more smart, streetwise and who has succeeded again and again in using a very seasoned and age old playbook to outwit otherwise unsuspecting families!! These has been going on for generations. This individual the villain of my blog. I am referring to the bad guy type and he is nearly always male, and he has one mission, his target is the vulnerable daddy's girl who is it transitioning into puberty. To many of you readers who dwell on planet venus, he is harmless.
But anyone who has ever been on planet mars knows he has been devastatingly effective in his adventures.
He resides in nearly every community, he may be a classmate or an older schoolmate of your daughter. Occasionally he is younger but wherever he may be located, because of his youth, very often innocent good looks, he escapes most mummy's radar.
Unlike the romantically obsessed and erring personal Assistant, who makes her interest in the husband of another woman so obvious, bad guy types are ever so respectful of their girl friend's (actually potential victim) mummy, they look decent enough and know how to warm her heart with practiced flattery!
But daddy is suspicious as he should be with anyone, who is that fixated on his little girl! Why not?You see Daddy knows a thing or two about bad guy types! Because he comes from the planet Mars where they are generated!
So let's get the context right! Daddy has no evidence that this juvenile, 17 year old who hangs around his 15 year old 'puberty transitioning' daughter would end up a typical bad guy type! But he is suspicious?Yesss!!!He has to be protective enough until a young chap wins his trust with his daughter!So is it normal that he is suspicious of nearly every guy he hasn't met before? Not unusual!! !!The suspicion is based on one criteria: provided a guy hangs out with his daughter!
Why?Because Daddy has learnt very key 'forensic' ' investigative' techniques to help him detect if his daughters' friends will turn out being a self fulfilling prophecy....confirming his worse nightmares so far as his daughter is concerned! Daddy begins his interrogation of the young chap to determine what his intentions are.
But hold on! Mummy thinks he is overreacting and this young chap is so sweeeeet!!! Because mummy does not think that this chap fits the bill of a potential threat. First of all he is male and not like that miniskirted female secretary working with day;he is only 17, polite and she already thinks he is potentially most mother's dream of a friend to her daughter.
He is a bit rough at the edges, she may have heard rumours in the neighbourhood that he has a violent temper, but heck! Which 17 year old doesn't! Besides Mummy knows her daughter is very sensible and can handle herself well. But Mummy fails to realise her daughter is already so smitten with 'young gorgeous 17 year old esquire' !
AND her daughter (Daddy's little girl) could not agree more wholeheartedly!!!She is convinced she is able to assume responsibilty for herself when she is alone with him!!!Code for implying my love for my friend will fix everything!!!E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!But Daddy wants to know how she will respond if a guy attempts to force kiss her! Mummy thinks Daddy needs to 'chill' a bit and not raise his Blood Pressure ,wirry over nothing! He needs to t-r-u-s-t their daughter to be sensible.
Daddy is not sure a 15 year old girl and a 17 year old boy ought to be left alone without supervision! But mummy is getting irate with the backwards and forwards and so cslls for silence.
She feels her daddy is soooo wrong about her booooooyyyyy friend!!. Because just gazing into his eyes makes her go giddyyyyy with euphoric teenage girl crush!!!! 'Aaawww mummy can i hang around with him a bit longer?' Mummy says sure! Daddy says only if I can come with you!
Mummy shoots a glaring look at Daddy: 'Stop being childish about this. Your daughter is growing she is not your little girl anymore!' Daddy backs down!So the battle lines are drawn!
This Bad guy type has already won his first ally: Mummy! He has also gained access to his captive, a very naive physiologically maturing young girl whose identity used to be mainly as her Daddy's little girl.
My comnents:
Folks, my comments here are not going to be brief😁!So be forewarned! There is quite a bit that has just occurred with the above family episode involving the drawing of the battle lines and taking of sides! Remember Mummy has already decided that Daddy's fears are quite unfounded, but Daddy has 'resheath' his sword symbolically speaking , however he still distrust his daughter's 17 year old male friend.
I am going to give you an insight into his thinking!
Step 1 In the Bad Guys well practiced playbook he gains access into the inner circle of a family. He does so via the weakest link and he plays nice to the unsuspecting parent. Because every family has an issue, his engagement with them highlights whatever conflicts are existing in the family 'emotional fault' lines.🎯🎯
After gaining the trust of one parent....and it is usually the parent of the opposite gender to themselves the bad guy type executes the strategy of turning members of the family against each other. So am I suggesting this bad guy type coukd be female? Occasionally yes!!But a female bad guy type of person rarely resorts to the approaches I am recounting as she has an arsenal full of strategy to employ! 🤣Now that is quite above my paygrade until I have done a bit more research😂😂👍🏿👍🏿
But his real bif is with Daddy on this occasion!Because Daddy is the promoter of everything which serves as a resistance to his plan.....may I say his incendiary plan of total mind cond control of his 15 year old girlfriend.
So long as she is allowed to continue in the 'illusion' that she is special or beloved of her parents, or consider she is her daddy's precious daughter who is worth the sacrifice of another man, the bad guy type will be unsuccessful in his quest over her!
SO LADIES ARM YOURSELF WITH SELFWORTH IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH MEN! DO NOT GO SOLELY TO THEM FOR THE SELF WORTH YOU ARE LACKING!!
Ladies, if you believe you are special and of value, then a guy knows he needs to raise his game in order to remain in a relationship with you. But these bad guy types are not coming to invest in you. Their mindset is to rob you ultimately of your crown jewels! In order to be successful in that quest they need to strip you of every sense of worth and value. Because what he is attempting to accomplish is the antithesis of all that is special about you(to be continued)

But there is another individual or human species😁who is even more smart, streetwise and who has succeeded again and again in using a very seasoned and age old playbook to outwit otherwise unsuspecting families!! These has been going on for generations. This individual the villain of my blog. I am referring to the bad guy type and he is nearly always male, and he has one mission, his target is the vulnerable daddy's girl who is it transitioning into puberty. To many of you readers who dwell on planet venus, he is harmless.
But anyone who has ever been on planet mars knows he has been devastatingly effective in his adventures.
He resides in nearly every community, he may be a classmate or an older schoolmate of your daughter. Occasionally he is younger but wherever he may be located, because of his youth, very often innocent good looks, he escapes most mummy's radar.
Unlike the romantically obsessed and erring personal Assistant, who makes her interest in the husband of another woman so obvious, bad guy types are ever so respectful of their girl friend's (actually potential victim) mummy, they look decent enough and know how to warm her heart with practiced flattery!
But daddy is suspicious as he should be with anyone, who is that fixated on his little girl! Why not?You see Daddy knows a thing or two about bad guy types! Because he comes from the planet Mars where they are generated!
So let's get the context right! Daddy has no evidence that this juvenile, 17 year old who hangs around his 15 year old 'puberty transitioning' daughter would end up a typical bad guy type! But he is suspicious?Yesss!!!He has to be protective enough until a young chap wins his trust with his daughter!So is it normal that he is suspicious of nearly every guy he hasn't met before? Not unusual!! !!The suspicion is based on one criteria: provided a guy hangs out with his daughter!
Why?Because Daddy has learnt very key 'forensic' ' investigative' techniques to help him detect if his daughters' friends will turn out being a self fulfilling prophecy....confirming his worse nightmares so far as his daughter is concerned! Daddy begins his interrogation of the young chap to determine what his intentions are.
But hold on! Mummy thinks he is overreacting and this young chap is so sweeeeet!!! Because mummy does not think that this chap fits the bill of a potential threat. First of all he is male and not like that miniskirted female secretary working with day;he is only 17, polite and she already thinks he is potentially most mother's dream of a friend to her daughter.
He is a bit rough at the edges, she may have heard rumours in the neighbourhood that he has a violent temper, but heck! Which 17 year old doesn't! Besides Mummy knows her daughter is very sensible and can handle herself well. But Mummy fails to realise her daughter is already so smitten with 'young gorgeous 17 year old esquire' !
AND her daughter (Daddy's little girl) could not agree more wholeheartedly!!!She is convinced she is able to assume responsibilty for herself when she is alone with him!!!Code for implying my love for my friend will fix everything!!!E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!But Daddy wants to know how she will respond if a guy attempts to force kiss her! Mummy thinks Daddy needs to 'chill' a bit and not raise his Blood Pressure ,wirry over nothing! He needs to t-r-u-s-t their daughter to be sensible.
Daddy is not sure a 15 year old girl and a 17 year old boy ought to be left alone without supervision! But mummy is getting irate with the backwards and forwards and so cslls for silence.
She feels her daddy is soooo wrong about her booooooyyyyy friend!!. Because just gazing into his eyes makes her go giddyyyyy with euphoric teenage girl crush!!!! 'Aaawww mummy can i hang around with him a bit longer?' Mummy says sure! Daddy says only if I can come with you!
Mummy shoots a glaring look at Daddy: 'Stop being childish about this. Your daughter is growing she is not your little girl anymore!' Daddy backs down!So the battle lines are drawn!
This Bad guy type has already won his first ally: Mummy! He has also gained access to his captive, a very naive physiologically maturing young girl whose identity used to be mainly as her Daddy's little girl.
My comnents:
Folks, my comments here are not going to be brief😁!So be forewarned! There is quite a bit that has just occurred with the above family episode involving the drawing of the battle lines and taking of sides! Remember Mummy has already decided that Daddy's fears are quite unfounded, but Daddy has 'resheath' his sword symbolically speaking , however he still distrust his daughter's 17 year old male friend.
I am going to give you an insight into his thinking!
Step 1 In the Bad Guys well practiced playbook he gains access into the inner circle of a family. He does so via the weakest link and he plays nice to the unsuspecting parent. Because every family has an issue, his engagement with them highlights whatever conflicts are existing in the family 'emotional fault' lines.🎯🎯
After gaining the trust of one parent....and it is usually the parent of the opposite gender to themselves the bad guy type executes the strategy of turning members of the family against each other. So am I suggesting this bad guy type coukd be female? Occasionally yes!!But a female bad guy type of person rarely resorts to the approaches I am recounting as she has an arsenal full of strategy to employ! 🤣Now that is quite above my paygrade until I have done a bit more research😂😂👍🏿👍🏿
But his real bif is with Daddy on this occasion!Because Daddy is the promoter of everything which serves as a resistance to his plan.....may I say his incendiary plan of total mind cond control of his 15 year old girlfriend.
So long as she is allowed to continue in the 'illusion' that she is special or beloved of her parents, or consider she is her daddy's precious daughter who is worth the sacrifice of another man, the bad guy type will be unsuccessful in his quest over her!
SO LADIES ARM YOURSELF WITH SELFWORTH IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH MEN! DO NOT GO SOLELY TO THEM FOR THE SELF WORTH YOU ARE LACKING!!
Ladies, if you believe you are special and of value, then a guy knows he needs to raise his game in order to remain in a relationship with you. But these bad guy types are not coming to invest in you. Their mindset is to rob you ultimately of your crown jewels! In order to be successful in that quest they need to strip you of every sense of worth and value. Because what he is attempting to accomplish is the antithesis of all that is special about you(to be continued)

Bad Guy types and why they are every Princess' Guilty Pleasure Part 2
Years have gone by and Daddy's little girl has continued her graceful evolvement from one 12 month season to the next. Her maturity, her increased self awareness obvious for all to see. Mummy has certainly noticed that their 'little girl' is no longer that much of a little girl. Even the older boys in their community have began to notice her, especially her physiological development. They are already beginning to think hormonal thoughts upon setting their gaze on her. The so called Daddy's girl is approaching age 15. But in Daddy's eyes she will ALWAYS be her little girl!
When he calls her by his favourite affectionate names for her it is so sweet! But these are the same names he has called her since she was age 4. She is smart enough to observe that her Daddy has remained stuck in her pre adolescent years so far as reading her is concerned! So she protests in saying I am no longer a little girl, to which his response is nearly always 'yes I know and acknowledge that.....but to your daddy you will always be my little girl'. So Daddy continues to address her with affectionate sweet nothings as his little girl rushes through puberty, with her interest in a different kind of world she is becoming more aware of ! This world is the world of boys, and potentially men. This is the world she knows her Daddy has been a part of all his life. Her curiosity is constantly being aroused to this world and sometimes this appears all consuming to her 15 year old self!
She wants answers to her questions, about why she feels a certain way around some boys?

are only TV characters? Yet she is drawn to watch this particular movie again and again, not because of the storyline, as daddy boringly thinks but because she has a crush on the main character, a boy
who is about her age. Slowly.....gradually......and then quickly.....she is fast becoming aware of this passion inside her which is becoming easily aroused.

When watching rom com types, after sneaking on Netflix to watch those in the 15 plus and even 18 plus age category, the arousal and excitement carries into her sleep.
On Some days she can hardly focus on her school work! Oh how boring school work is! Except for those class sessions where she is involved in group work sessions with that cute boy who 'literally' exudes l-o-v-e and at times a sense of p-a-s-s-i-o-n in her. All she wants to do is read read and devour romantic story lines. Chick flicks of a older category. Because she has questions, endless questions and she wants to discover about this fascinating world of boys and men!

He is unaware of her need of him more than ever! The need to help steer her through this turbulent phase of her life!
To say his response to a maturing teen is inadequate would be the understatement of the century!Truth is, if Daddy perceives his 15 year old as his 'eternal sweet little girl' then his responses to her questions will be as they have always been. Certainly not as the should be in addressing her growing need for guidance through the turbulence of puberty. But notwithstanding her emotional development which isn't always so obvious at puberty to an oblivious dad, other changes such as the physiological in his daughter ought to be glaring enough for him to respond to!
If he happens to be a man knowledgeable about science then what a real shame! No! Then it should be inexcusable! A complete dereliction of his fatherly responsibility.
He ought not to live in denial. Conversations may be awkward at first but it needs to go beyond what she shouldn't be doing. Talks of censorship and 'protecting' his little girl from the 'evil' out there? Really? That should not even factor in their conversation!!
Daddy needs to wake up and real soon too! Because as some families have learnt the painful and hard way there is potentially a far greater danger to the now maturing little girl if she stumbles into puberty only armed with her naivety! I mean when she is not supported with the knowledge and appropriate information!!

❗️ Daddy start addressing her questions about the world you are a part of!
❗️ She wants to find out about boys, so be transparent and speak to her from your own evolvement.
❗️ Do not wait for her to find out first hand through experimenting.
❗️ Because if you do, it is likely to be an experiment overseen by a bad guy type!
❗️When a parent fails to speak to the stirring embodiment of hormones' that constantly send passion inducing chemical impulses in their daughter Bad guy types can easily step in.
!They are the only ones of her age claiming to have the kind of answers she is yearning for.
❗️ Bad guy types exist is all ages. They may be emotionally immature themselves. But they have become streetwise enough to recognise the need in your daughter.
❗️So if you are a Daddy reading this or you know of any who needs to be hearing this! Please alert them to the potential danger their puberty transitioning daughter faces.

When daddy sees his little girl at the door he sees an adorable sweet and precious but unique human individual. This perfect almost flawless individual, at least in the eyes of a daddy incentivises him to do everything within his ability and some more to provide for her and to protect her.

Daddy's little girl may be 4,5, or 6 years of age. At the age she is very thrilled to have a doting Dad who is so 'large' he fills her dreams. He is the king who adores his little girl unconditionally and selflessness with all the human love and protectiveness he can muster. Everyday he stirs out of bed and rises into his working daily routine, navigating interpersonal complexities, he always looks forward to coming back to the sweet angelic welcome, from his little girl, 'Daddy I have missed you', 'Daddy what did you get me from the shops' and Daddy eventually ends his day in dream land lulled to sleep with the melodious ring of 'Daddy I love you' after reading his little girl and his little boy a bedtime story. As Daddy goes to retire he cannot imagine even heaven being as wonderful as this.
He knows that 'his little girl' , his beautiful princess must be an angel in human form. He breaths a prayer constantly asking for the Creator to preserve this relationship between him and his little girl and her sibling/s for a lifetime. He knows if that prayer is answered, he would want nothing, or lack nothing. That is all the motivation he is ever going to need to upscale every life challenge in his way of building the the security, engaging in the responsibilities which come with being a provider, protector and all that comes with it in the small print within an unfolding future.
Years go by and Daddy's little girl continues to evolve gracefully from one 12 month season to the next one. As she matures in self awareness, from nursery to primary life unfolds. One day she returns from school and has a rather interesting conversation with Daddy that mummy had often alerted him was inevitable. Mummy had said, she is growing and would soon no longer perceive herself as your little girl🤔. Daddy was amused because he interpreted this as mummy way of say she wanted more of his attention😂😂 or rather wished she had been more of her own 'daddy's little girl' during childhood. 😜
Historically mummy had also been a daddy's little girl once and so daddy could not work out why she would be anticipating a scenario in which the current dynamic will change.🤔🤔. Because this perception coming from mummy is puzzling, Daddy adds it to the growing list of equally puzzling list of statements coming from what he generally perceives as the female mind, a treasure trove of puzzles🤔🤔
